Community Guidelines
CueBridge is where careers get built, so it has to be a place people can do business safely. These are the standards every member agrees to.
Last updated 8 October 2026
1. What is not allowed
These apply to profiles, uploads, messages, booking requests and anything else you share on CueBridge.
- Harassment and hate. No threats, bullying, stalking, unwanted sexual advances, or attacks on anyone based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability or serious illness.
- Child sexual abuse and exploitation. Absolutely none — see our child safety standards below.
- Sexual and violent content. No pornography or sexually explicit material, and no graphic violence, terrorism or content that praises it.
- Scams and fraud. No fake gigs or bookings, requests for upfront "registration" or "promotion" fees under false pretences, phishing, payment fraud or pyramid schemes.
- Impersonation and fake accounts. No pretending to be another artist, label, venue, station, promoter or person, and no fake credits, endorsements or reviews.
- Stolen work. Only upload music, mixes, artwork and materials you have the rights to share.
- Spam and manipulation. No bulk or automated messaging, unsolicited promotion, fake engagement, or gaming referrals and rankings.
- Privacy violations. Do not share anyone's private information (addresses, phone numbers, documents), or recordings or images of them, without their consent.
- Illegal goods and activity. No selling or promoting drugs, weapons or other illegal goods or services.
- Self-harm. No content that encourages suicide or self-harm. If someone appears to be at risk, report it and we will help connect them with support.
2. Reporting and blocking
Report. Every profile, message and piece of content in the app has a Report option. Reports are confidential — the person you report is not told who reported them.
Block. Blocking a member stops them viewing your profile, messaging you or sending you booking requests. They are not notified.
Email. You can also report anything — including something you saw on the website — to safety@cuebridge.io. Include a link or screenshot if you can.
Emergencies. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services before contacting us.
3. What happens after a report
- We acknowledge your report and review it within 24 hours, using a mix of automated tools and trained people.
- Content that breaks these guidelines is removed. Depending on how serious it is, we may warn the member, limit features, suspend the account, or remove the member permanently.
- Illegal content — and any child sexual abuse material without exception — is reported to the appropriate authorities.
- If we take action on your account and you think we got it wrong, reply to our notice or write to safety@cuebridge.io to appeal. A different person from the original reviewer looks at every appeal.
4. Child safety standards
CueBridge has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). CueBridge is only for people aged 16 and over.
- We prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, grooms, exploits or endangers a minor, including attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes.
- Members can report this content in the app or by email. These reports are prioritised above all others.
- We remove the content, permanently ban the accounts involved, preserve the evidence as the law requires, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant law enforcement authority in the member's country.
- We comply with all applicable child safety laws, and we close any account we find belongs to someone under the minimum age.
Our point of contact for child safety is safety@cuebridge.io.
5. Doing business safely
- Keep conversations and booking agreements on CueBridge, so there is a record if something goes wrong.
- Put the important details in writing: date, set times, fee, deposit, cancellation terms, travel and equipment.
- Be wary of anyone who asks for money upfront to "secure" a gig, pushes you to move off the platform quickly, or offers something that seems too good to be true.
- When meeting someone for the first time, do it somewhere public or at the venue, and tell someone you trust where you will be.
- Never share your password or one-time codes. CueBridge staff will never ask for them.
