Delete Your Account

1. In the app

• Open CueBridge and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your profile disappears from CueBridge straight away.

Want a copy of your data first? Go to Settings → Privacy → Download my data before deleting.

2. Without the app

Email privacy@cuebridge.io from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm the request is from you, then delete the account and confirm when it is done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

3. Leaving the waitlist

To remove your waitlist sign-up, email privacy@cuebridge.io from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Remove me from the waitlist". We delete your email address, role answers, referral code and position from our database and from the copy kept in Netlify.

4. What gets deleted

• Your account, sign-in details and profile.
• Your uploads — tracks, mixes, images, press kits and riders.
• Your messages and attachments. In other members' conversations, your messages are removed and you appear as "Deleted member".
• Your waitlist details, referral code and notification tokens.

5. What we keep, and why

• Records the law requires, such as purchase records for tax — only those, and only for as long as required.
• Safety records about serious violations of our Community Guidelines, so a banned member cannot simply return — for no more than 3 years.
• Backups, which roll over automatically. Deleted data leaves them within 35 days.
• Anonymous statistics that can no longer be linked to you.

Booking details that another member needs for their own records (such as an agreed date and fee) stay in their account, with your name replaced by "Deleted member".

6. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first so you are not charged again:

• Manage App Store subscriptions
• Manage Google Play subscriptions

7. Timeline

Your profile is hidden immediately. Your data is permanently erased from our live systems within 30 days, and from backups within a further 35 days. Deletion cannot be undone — if you come back, you will start a new account.
